Registration and abstract submission is now open for the 2022 Alaska Chapter of The Wildlife Society meeting.

This year’s theme is A One Health Approach to Human Interactions with, and uses of, Wildlife. Our conference will be held virtually via Zoom from April 18-21, 2022. We intend to hold the 2023 meeting in person in Fairbanks, with a continuation of the One Health theme.

Just like last year, registration is free for students, early career professionals, and retirees. We are also offering group rates for organizations.

Our workshop this year will be presented by ADVANCEGeo Partnership on April 19 at 1pm: “Improving Our Work Climate: Bystander Intervention Training and Responding to Hostile Behaviors”. Registration for this workshop is limited to 100 participants, so be sure to sign up early!

Abstract submissions are due by April 1st, 2022. We are offering 2 types of oral presentation options this year: full-length (15 minutes) and Spark Talk (5 minutes).

Ready to sign up? Head over to our Annual Meeting page to register and submit your abstract.
